Three Springs Farm is located in Madison County, Virginia, where is it has been operated since 2016 by husband-and-wife team Evan and Karen Boone. Both Air Force veterans, Evan and Karen started their farm to fulfill their dream of raising food responsibly for both their family as well as their community. They raise a variety of livestock, including sheep, cattle, and pigs, using regenerative practices. Three Springs Farm received a low-interest loan from Foodshed Capital in December 2021 to stock a new piece of leased land with additional sheep and cattle, as well as maintain jump start their own breeding program, which will help them develop a new revenue stream.
