Deep Dive Farm is a one-acre, no-till, diversified vegetable and flower operation located on the east end of Long Island. Owner Allie Gressler is "diving deep" into entrepreneurship after seven years in agriculture, which included an internship and subsequent management position at Amber Waves Farm.

The twelve acre property that hosts her farm is envisioned as a regenerative farming cooperative with herbalists, oyster, veg, and flower farmers—and it will be the first in the area to offer an organic CSA that includes products from both land and sea. Through increased soil fertility, crop rotations, perennial plantings, hedgerows, no-till, and other practices, Deep Dive is building an accessible farm and market focused on fostering resiliency for the land, sea, and community.

As a new farm business, Deep Dive is well positioned to find success in year one. Supported by strong social connections with neighboring farms and long term professional relationships with local chefs and wholesalers, Allie has sales channels ready to go. And, a concessionary lease rate ensures that her first year overhead costs stay low.
