His low-interest loan will serve as bridge funding through the Pennsylvania Farm Vitality Planning Grant program, which helps enhance the long-term viability of Pennsylvania farms through sound business planning, efficient transitions of farm ownership, strategic farm expansion, and diversification of agricultural production.
