OurSpace World (OSW) was founded in 2011 to promote whole-person health, expanding over time to support regenerative Black farmers in the DelMarVa region. Since 2019, OSW has provided technical assistance, on-farm labor, market access, and grant support to help small-scale regenerative farmers thrive. Their Mobile Market Program connects local farms to underserved communities, increasing food access while creating economic opportunities for farmers.

In early 2025, a sudden freeze of federal grant funds put 85% of OSW’s revenue at risk. In response, they adjusted operations, prioritizing farmer support through grant writing assistance and sustaining the Mobile Market Program. A 0% interest loan from FoodCap will help OSW bridge this gap, ensuring continued produce purchases, staffing, and market operations while they adapt and rebuild funding sources.
