Clover Forest is a historic estate that has been transformed into an events space and is gradually integrating small-scale regenerative agriculture for food production. Operated by Sebastian Volcker, the farm is implementing stream exclusion infrastructure to keep livestock out of waterways. As recipients of a Soil and Water Conservation program grant, Clover Forest had to front the costs to install perimeter fencing. Foodshed Capital helped them get the project started with a 0% bridge loan, which will be repaid upon receipt of the grant funds.
